1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our indicators and software, all purchases are strictly final. Once a payment has been processed for our paid products (the Aincan Quantum Trend and Aincan Dynamic Sync annual subscriptions), a refund is not possible under any circumstances.
2. Managing Your Subscription
- Free to Cancel: You are free to cancel your annual subscription at any time without penalty.
- User Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to manage your account and subscriptions. If you do not wish to be billed for the next annual cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
- Post-Cancellation: Canceling your subscription ensures you will not be charged again in the future. However, it does not initiate a refund for the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the paid indicators until the end of your currently paid annual period.
3. Duplicate Payments
The only exception to our strict no-refund policy is in the event of a system billing error that results in a double or duplicate payment for the exact same subscription period. If you believe you have been double-charged, please contact our support team immediately, and we will process a refund for the duplicate transaction.
4. Disclaimers
Please note that dissatisfaction with trading results does not qualify for a refund. As outlined in our Terms of Service:
- There is no guarantee on the success or profitability of our indicators.
- All tools and indicators globally are merely decision-making assistants and do not provide buy or sell recommendations.
