Aincan provides technical indicators that can be utilized in financial charting and trading platforms.

  • We offer the Aincan Dynamic Trend indicator entirely for free.
  • We offer the Aincan Quantum Trend + Aincan Dynamic Sync indicators via an annual subscription.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information obtained by you will meet your expectations.

By using this site or any of our Services, you carefully read and fully acknowledge the following:

  • Not Financial Advice: All tools, indicators, and content provided by Aincan are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.

SECTION 5 – REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our paid products and annual subscriptions, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once a payment is processed for the Aincan Quantum Trend or Aincan Dynamic Sync subscription, the amount is strictly non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription to prevent future renewals at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROHIBITED USES

All content, indicators, source code, and designs provided by Aincan are the intellectual property of Aincan Trading Establishment.

In addition to other prohibitions, you are strictly prohibited from using the site or its content to:

(a) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our indicators, software, or services.

(b) Share, distribute, or resell your account access or the indicators to third parties.

(c) Use the products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

(d) Infringe upon our intellectual property rights.

Violating these terms will result in immediate termination of your access without a refund.

SECTION 7 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Aincan, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or agents be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits or lost trading capital, arising from your use of any of our Services or indicators. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.
